1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using the 999joya website, mobile app, or any of our digital platforms, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500 BDT.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

999joya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for its members. The following general terms apply to all bonus usage:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise specified.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and must be claimed at the time of the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — the exact duration will be specified in each individual offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected, the associated bonus and winnings will be voided.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games on 999joya:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 999joya reserves the right to void any bet if a technical issue occurs during a match or event.
• Odds in Sports Betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• 999joya will not be held responsible for any disruption to live betting caused by an internet connection failure.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game or event.
• Bets placed at abnormal odds due to a system error will be considered void.

8 Account Suspension & Restrictions

9 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a transaction or game result, please follow the process below:

3. Complex matters may take up to 14 business days to resolve.

999joya reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:
